• Neil G. Gauthier: With a background in business and finance, Neil has extensive experience in real estate transactions, bankruptcy, and business law. He graduated from Bishop Guertin High School, received his BA from Georgetown University, and earned his JD from Suffolk University School of Law.

• Dustin N. Gauthier: Dustin has a strong background in business and finance, with experience in consumer and corporate real estate transactions, bankruptcy, and business law. He attended Phillips Exeter Academy, graduated from Bates College with a BAMaine, and earned his JD from Maine Law.

• J. Alexander MacMartin, Jr. (Retired): Alexander has extensive experience in a wide range of legal areas, including real estate transactions, business law, and estate planning. He graduated from Cornell University with a BA and earned his JD from American University Washington College of Law.
