Meridith A. Bush, L.L.C. is a law firm proudly serving the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia areas. Our founder, Meridith Bush, is a dedicated and experienced attorney committed to providing hands-on, personalized legal representation for her clients. Meridith is proud to be a native of Georgia, having grown up in Atlanta and earned her education in the state. After graduating from The Lovett School, she went on to attend the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Management. Meridith's professional journey then took her to an insurance company, where she honed her skills in handling complex claims. Her experience in the industry inspired her to further her education and pursue a law degree.

Meridith earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2004. While attending law school, she gained valuable experience interning at JP Morgan Mortgage Capital and serving as a student attorney in the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at Georgia State. After graduating from law school, Meridith joined the law firm of Hendrick & Rascoe, LLC. Here, she developed and implemented large estate plans for many high net worth families in the greater Atlanta area. Meridith's practice consisted not only of creating estate plans but also dealing with the administration of estates, preparing gift and estate tax returns, creating foundations and other business entities, handling buy/sell agreements, and negotiating prenuptial agreements.

In April 2012, Meridith established her own firm, Meridith A. Bush, L.L.C. This endeavor has allowed her to dedicate more one-on-one time to her clients, providing them with the attention and commitment they deserve. Meridith's practice includes:
