The North Carolina Collaborative Attorney Network (NC-CAN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the Collaborative Divorce Process in North Carolina. We believe that divorce doesn't have to be adversarial, destructive, or traumatic. Through collaborative divorce, couples can resolve their differences and achieve a fair and equitable settlement without going to court.
