Our team of experienced attorneys is led by David M. Ermer, our managing partner. With over 40 years of experience in labor, employment discrimination, and employee benefits matters, Mr. Ermer has developed substantial expertise in litigating complex cases at both the trial and appellate levels. He is also experienced in providing legal counsel to ERISA-governed single-employer health and welfare plans.

Jason Suter, another key member of our team, joined the firm in 2007. His practice focuses on health law, with a particular emphasis on representing Federal Employees Health Benefit Plans. Mr. Suter is also experienced in ERISA matters, subrogation, and reimbursement claims, as well as HIPAA compliance and overpayment claims.
