Born and raised in Mississippi, David Sims returned to his family's roots in the Charlottesville area after law school. With a strong interest in criminal law, David has pursued opportunities to hone his skills as a defense attorney, representing both private clients and indigent clients as a court-appointed defense counsel.

Brian Chan

Brian Chan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and graduated with high honors from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Crime, Law and Justice. Mr. Chan's practice focuses on criminal defense, defense of DUI and serious traffic offenses, and family law. As the head of the firm's Student Rights Practice initiative, Brian is committed to advocating for the rights of students in various legal matters.
