Annis & Zellers PLLC is a law firm dedicated to helping New Hampshire families with estate planning, tax, business, and probate matters. Our experienced attorneys, Tina Annis and Jeffrey Zellers, have over 50 years of combined experience in these practice areas. We are centrally located in downtown Concord, in a beautiful, historic brick building.

Estate Planning: We assist clients with all aspects of estate planning, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and healthcare documents. We also help clients minimize the impact of the federal estate and gift tax for their heirs.
Elder Law: We advise families about the complex rules of Medicaid eligibility for long-term nursing home care and help clients qualify for Medicaid benefits.
Probate Administration: When there is a death in the family, we guide clients through the New Hampshire probate process, handling estates and representing executors in the Probate Courts.
Business Law: We counsel businesses on various legal matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses, negotiation and drafting of leases and employment contracts, and formation of Limited Liability Companies and corporations.
Tax Law: We prepare income, gift, and estate tax returns and have successfully represented clients in connection with IRS audits. We also counsel clients on how to minimize their tax liability and plan for the delegation of assets without incurring unnecessary tax consequences.
Meet Our Attorneys
Tina Annis is a native New Hampshire resident who has been advising New Hampshire families for over 20 years. She assists clients with all aspects of estate planning, probate administration, and tax matters. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council.
Jeffrey Zellers obtained his law degree and masters in tax law from Boston University School of Law. He has over 35 years of experience advising individuals and businesses on estate planning, business law, and tax matters.

Disappointing Experience
Debra S. shares a negative experience with Tina Annis's estate planning firm. Lack of Interest in Clients is a major concern, with Debra describing Tina as solely focused on making a profit rather than genuinely assisting clients.
Poor Communication
Tina's office sent a lengthy questionnaire before a consultation call, which Debra felt was unnecessary. Inflexibility was also evident when Tina insisted that no one else be present during the call, despite her aunt's request to have Debra listen in for support.
