Who We Are

Business Counsel, Inc. is a network of law firms based in the United States and abroad, focused on providing high-quality legal services to the corporate business community. Our members include private law firms in major economic centers across the United States, Belgium, France, Germany, Israel, Luxembourg, Mexico, Myanmar, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Russia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. These firms specialize in business law representation, including transactional law, regulatory matters, and litigation.

Business Counsel, Inc. does not restrict its members from referring, handling, or accepting cases, nor from joining other professional organizations. Our network is not a formal or informal arrangement for joint marketing, promotion, advertising, or conduct of businesses. Rather, our member firms maintain complete autonomy and provide professional services on an individual basis. There is no sharing of fees or other compensation between member firms, and no professional personnel from one member firm are involved in providing professional services for another member firm.

Our Members

Our members benefit from attending our biannual conferences, where they share information about their respective firms and establish networking and referral opportunities. Our organization was formed in 1998 and has since grown to include private law firms in several major economic centers across the globe.

Our Mission

Business Counsel's mission is to advance, promote, improve and expand the field of business law. We provide our members with access to information and assistance from other member firms as needed. Our member conferences take place twice a year at various locations throughout the United States and other countries, allowing for networking and referral purposes. The conferences also provide important opportunities for business executives, corporate counsel, risk managers, and other business clients to express specific needs and concerns, exchange ideas and information on important issues, and meet firms from throughout the United States and abroad on an informal basis.
