Our Team

Our team of attorneys and professionals is led by Rebecca G. Olson, Esq., our founder and managing member. Becky has over 30 years of experience in real estate transactions, estate planning, and general litigation. She is also a certified mediator and provides mediation services to help settle disputes in these areas of law.

Kyle S. Seabolt, Esq., joined our firm in 2014 and became a partner in 2022. His main focus areas of practice are in residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, and corporate governance.

Tara Jakobs has been with our firm since 2011 and has extensive experience in real estate transactions, estate planning, and administration. She is also responsible for coordinating closings and providing documentation required in virtually all types of real estate transactions.

Mary Black joined our firm in 2018 and brings a wealth of experience as a real estate paralegal and as an assistant Town Clerk. She is also an elected Justice of the Peace for the Town of Stowe and an alternate member of Stowe's Development Review Board.

Karen Dupont is the newest member of our team, and we are excited to have her on board. Her background in real estate and title abstracting will be a valuable asset to our firm.
