Education

John Bloomer Jr. received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ in 1987. He also holds a Masters of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Williams College.
