After completing his education from Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California, Arash began his legal career at a small boutique firm in Orange County, California. Throughout his career, he has developed a unique understanding of the complexities of employment law and the importance of upholding the rights of employees.

As an attorney, Arash has represented numerous clients in employment litigation, focusing on plaintiffs-side employment litigation. With over eight years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal, he has worked closely with clients throughout the investigation and pre-trial process of numerous court-filed civil cases. In addition, he has obtained settlements in excess of $3.8 million on behalf of his clients.
