As the Ninth Judicial District Attorney's Office, we are committed to seeking and serving justice in Curry and Roosevelt Counties. Our mission is to proactively protect the public by bringing justice to the victims of crimes while seeking to punish those who choose to victimize others. We strive to create a safe-haven for those who call our communities home.

Our Services

The Ninth Judicial District Attorney's Office offers a range of services to support victims of crime and hold criminals accountable. Our team of experienced attorneys and support staff work tirelessly to ensure that justice is served. We provide a variety of services, including:

• Victim Services: Our victim services team is dedicated to supporting victims of crime throughout the judicial process. We offer emotional support, case information, and advocacy to ensure that victims' voices are heard.
• Victim Impact Program: Our Victim Impact Program provides an opportunity for victims to share their stories and experiences with the court. This program helps to raise awareness about the impact of crime on victims and their families.
• Break The Cycle: Our Break The Cycle program aims to address the root causes of crime by providing support and services to individuals and families affected by incarceration.

Our Programs
