Our primary focus has been on condominium and homeowner associations in North Bend, Snoqualmie, and Issaquah. We offer a wide range of services, including covenant enforcement, governing document interpretation and amendments, foreclosure services, and evictions. Our team, led by Patricia Army, is committed to delivering competent legal guidance and services to all our clients.

Patricia Army, our general manager, graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 1997 and is a member of both the Washington State and Oregon bar Associations. For the first ten years of her career, Patricia represented lenders in foreclosure actions. Since 2007, she has handled collection, real estate, bankruptcy, eviction, and foreclosure matters for her clients.

Ashley Grover, our paralegal, has worked with us for over five years. She obtained her paralegal certificate from the University of Washington in 2009 and is experienced in all areas of law practiced at our firm. Ashley is often the primary point of contact for our clients and strives to provide prompt and friendly service.

Tilly, our office dog, is also an integral part of our team. She loves to greet visitors and can often be found napping and taking in the sights of North Bend through the office window.
