Your Partner in the Law, Your Advocate in Life
Beaumont & Campbell Prof. Ass'n is a general practice law firm serving the people and businesses of Salem, New Hampshire, and surrounding areas since November 1993. Our law firm was founded by Attorneys Bernard H. Campbell and Urville J. Beaumont, who combined their extensive experience to provide a wide range of legal services to individuals, families, and businesses.
Our History
Our law firm was formed in October 1993, marking the culmination of 13 years of practice by Attorneys Campbell and Beaumont in a previous law firm. Bernard Campbell, our President and Managing Director, has dedicated over three decades to the practice of law. Urville Beaumont, although retired from active practice in October 2015, continues to share his expertise and insights acquired over decades of private practice.
Our office is conveniently located at One Stiles Road, Suite 107, Salem, New Hampshire, with a barrier-free waiting room and conference room to accommodate clients from throughout New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. The Stiles Road location is easily accessible from Exit #2 on Interstate 93, making it an ideal location for clients in the local area.
Practice Areas
As a general practice law firm, Beaumont & Campbell Prof. Ass'n represents clients at all levels of the New Hampshire Court System, including the Circuit District Court, Superior Court, and Supreme Court. We focus on several key areas:

Our services include representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in real estate transactions, handling eviction proceedings, and conducting foreclosure sales for lenders.

We also provide legal assistance to executors and administrators in the probate process and regularly practice in probate court.
- Land Use Planning & Zoning: As a specialized part of our real estate practice, Attorney Campbell represents individual landowners and real estate developers in the state and local land use process. We secure variances, appear before planning boards, and assist engineers in securing necessary permits.

He has also served as general counsel and special counsel, lecturing on land use laws and serving as Chairman of the Bar Association's Municipal & Gov't Law Section.
