Disappointing Experience with Mr. Waxler
Communication Issues
Mr. Waxler's communication skills are questionable. The author had a hard time reaching him, with frequent missed calls and having to resort to email communication, which was done through his personal Gmail account instead of his website.
Delays and Additional Fees
The author was expecting a simple Power of Attorney (POA) document. However, Mr. Waxler took longer than expected to complete the task, and on the last business day, before the author's family visit, he casually mentioned an additional fee of $100, citing that it had "taken more time than usual." When the author reminded him that the service was covered by their MetLife legal plan coverage, Mr. Waxler asked if there were any corrections required. However, the author was wary of potential additional charges and declined to continue the interaction.
Unsatisfactory Experience
The author was unhappy with the experience due to the delays, communication issues, and the unexpected additional fee. They believe that the service was overpriced and unsatisfactory. The author would not recommend Mr. Waxler for legal support.
