Amy is the founding partner of The Justice Legal Team, LLC. With over 20 years of legal experience, Amy has a diverse background in law enforcement, prosecution, and mediation. Prior to founding the firm, Amy served as the District Attorney in Dona Ana County and as Deputy Secretary for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety. Amy's extensive experience in criminal law and administrative issues makes her an excellent choice for clients facing complex legal challenges.

Susana Macias, Managing Partner

Susana is a seasoned attorney with a strong background in family law and mediation. Prior to joining The Justice Legal Team, LLC, Susana worked as a legal assistant for the Child Support Enforcement Division and as an administrative assistant/law clerk to a district court judge. Susana is also certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is a member of the New Mexico Mediation Association.

Vanessa de Leon, Associate Attorney

Vanessa is a certified educator with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She has over 20 years of experience working with government agencies, policies, administrative laws, and regulations. Vanessa is certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution and has published numerous articles on educational leadership, school reform, and administrative policy.

Eliza G. Lynch, Law Clerk

Eliza is a recent law school graduate and is pending bar admission in New Mexico and South Carolina. She has a wide range of experience in contract law, employment, and administrative disputes. Eliza is an excellent researcher and has published several articles in law reviews, including a treatise on military pension division.

Shannon Fitzgerald, Paralegal

Shannon is a highly experienced paralegal with over 15 years of experience in family law. She has worked for various law firms and government agencies, providing essential support to attorneys and clients. Shannon's expertise in wills, probate, and child support makes her an excellent asset to the team.

Merla Reyes, Legal Assistant

Merla is a dedicated legal assistant with over 28 years of experience in law enforcement and legal administration.
