Quality of Service
The overall quality of service received from Attorney William Arroyo has been mixed, with some clients expressing high satisfaction and others expressing disappointment and frustration.
Exemplary Service
Some clients have reported receiving excellent service from Attorney Arroyo. John Franco and Joseph Donovan, both of whom gave him 5-star reviews, praised his attentiveness and expertise. Franco mentioned that he has already recommended Arroyo to several people, while Donovan appreciated his fluency in Spanish and his willingness to refer cases to other specialists when necessary.
Poor Experience
However, not all clients have had positive experiences with Arroyo. Jason Jones gave him a 1-star review, complaining about Arroyo's incompetence and lack of preparation. Jones claimed that Arroyo filled out paperwork incorrectly and left early, making mistakes that the client had to correct. Wonder Girl also had a negative experience, describing Arroyo as having "shallow knowledge" and prioritizing payment over client satisfaction. She even had to seek help from another attorney to resolve her case, which saved her from a potentially disastrous outcome.
Expertise and Integrity
Only one client, Dana M. H. Abraham, has reported a positive experience with Arroyo's expertise. Abraham praised Arroyo as an "awesome attorney" who has helped clients with integrity, particularly in matters related to real estate and estate issues.
