Our story began when Mark Foster and Conor O'Daniel came together to form Foster, O'Daniel & Hambidge. Mark Foster, a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in DUI defense and criminal defense, has chaired and lectured at numerous seminars in the DWI and Criminal Defense areas for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF). Conor O'Daniel, a skilled attorney with expertise in criminal law, family law, and estates, has also lectured at many ICLEF seminars over the past ten years.
Growing Our Firm
In 2011, Tim Hambidge joined our firm, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in Family Law, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning. His expertise in these areas has further solidified our firm's reputation for providing comprehensive legal services to our clients. Later that year, Shaunda Lynch became our newest partner, bringing her extensive experience as a Deputy and Chief Deputy Prosecutor in Indiana and North Carolina. Her expertise in criminal defense and family law has expanded our firm's capabilities to serve a broader range of clients.
