Our Attorneys
Samuel Roberti is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on the areas of business litigation, business law, long term disability, civil litigation, condemnation, wills & estates, and personal injury litigation. Sam Roberti, our Senior Partner, founded the law firm in 1979 and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals and the US Court of Veterans' Appeals.
Daniel Lauffer is an attorney whose practice is concentrated on social security disability. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1980 and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court, Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of North Carolina.
R. David Wicker Jr. is an experienced attorney with a practice covering most areas of law. He is currently licensed to practice law in all the State Courts of North Carolina, as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United State District Courts for the Easter, Middle, and Western District of North Carolina and the United States Court of Veterans Appeals.
Angela Cinski is an accomplished attorney who joined the firm after a distinguished career at Legal Aid of North Carolina. She is an integral part of our social security department and has a great deal of experience in Social Security Disability Law at all levels of the process.
