Our Firm's History

The Hyink Law Firm was founded by Benjamin P. Hyink, a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Hyink has a reputation for being an aggressive, respected, and loyal advocate for his clients. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Hyink served as a coordinator of the Office of Citizen's Affairs in the Office of the Governor of the State of Illinois.

Our Expertise

Mr. Hyink has completed over 30 civil and criminal appeals over the past thirty years. He has also testified as an expert witness in six legal malpractice cases. In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Hyink is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.
