Paul E. Stroebel earned his Juris Doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2017, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif (a distinction given to the top ten percent of the graduating class), a member of the West Virginia College of Law Moot Court, and a student attorney for the College's General Legal Clinic. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 2013, magna cum laude.

Paul Stroebel graduated from Asbury College in 1983 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina in 1991. After clerking with the United States Attorney's Office for three years, Paul began legal practices with a mid-size litigation firm in Charleston, WV. An experienced litigator with multiple jury verdicts bringing awards in excess of $2 million, Paul Stroebel has proved himself as an experienced trial lawyer.
