Our journey began when Gary Lawson founded Gary Lawson & Associates, a real estate closing firm providing representation to banks, mortgage companies, lenders, and local home builders throughout all aspects of the real estate closing process. Over the course of thirteen years, Gary Lawson built a reputation in the Fayette and Coweta County communities as one of the area's best real estate attorneys.
In 2016, Gary Lawson partnered with Sam Beck, a native of Fayette County, in an effort to expand the firm's practice areas. With the addition of Sam Beck to the firm, Lawson, Beck & Sandlin, LLC now provides a wide variety of litigation and transactional services to the firm's clients.
