Doug Smith
For over 30 years, Doug Smith has represented a multitude of private and public sector clients in various practice areas, including general and professional liability, labor and employment, civil rights litigation, personal injury, healthcare law, business litigation, and administrative law. Disappointing Experience with Smith Law Group
Lack of Response and Unfulfilled Promises
The reviewer, Frank B., had a disappointing experience with Smith Law Group. Despite multiple attempts to contact the law firm, Frank did not receive a response from Mr. Doug Smith, who was supposed to handle intakes personally.
Unfulfilled Promises of a Direct Call
Frank was told that Mr. Smith would call him directly to discuss his cases, including a federal government lawsuit against the VA for fraud and a legal malpractice lawsuit against his previous attorney. However, after three weeks of waiting, Frank did not receive a call.
Frustrating Experience with the Receptionist
When Frank made his third and final call to the law group, he was told that Mr. Smith was out of the office and he could leave a voicemail. This experience left Frank feeling frustrated and unvalued as a potential client.
