Our History
Our story began in 1945 when Calmar ("Cal") M. McCune started his practice in Seattle's University District. Cal was a charismatic leader who served the community with his charismatic personality and dedication to community service. He was later joined by John A. Godfrey in 1948, Edwin L. Emerick, Jr. in 1964, and Carl Palmer in 1965. Over the years, the firm has moved to different locations, including the University District Building and the University Business Center.
