Our attorneys, Kathleen Gionis and Kate Murtaugh, have over 50 years of combined experience advocating for clients in Northwestern Wisconsin. Beginning her career with James Erickson Law Office in 1980, Kathleen was the first woman attorney in Polk County and took over the practice in 1984 when Mr. Erickson was elected judge. Thirty-seven years later, Kathleen and her daughter, Kate, continue to maintain the practice with a team comprised entirely of women. This extensive experience allows us to provide close attention to our clients' individual needs and those of their cases, ensuring they receive the representation they deserve in navigating the legal system.
