Horrible Experience with the Attorney
The two reviewers shared their disappointing experiences with the attorney. One reviewer, Jackie Zhao, gave a 1-star rating and described the attorney's behavior as "rude" and unacceptable. After waiting two months for a response, Zhao called to follow up on her case, only to be met with aggression instead of resolution.
