Our Team

Our team is led by Attorney Cynthia Patton, who has more than 15 years of experience in divorce and family law matters. She is a recognized leader in her field, having been named one of Georgia's Top Lawyers in 2009, and has served as President of the Family Law Section of the Cobb County Bar Association. Attorney Patton is a Georgia Supreme Court Registered Neutral (mediator), has completed Guardian ad Litem required training, and has taught the Family Law course in the Paralegal Program at North Metro Technical College.

Katherine "Katie" Crockett serves as our Law Firm Office Manager and Paralegal. She has managed the offices of the Law Firm of Cynthia L. Patton PC since 2007 and has provided paralegal and supervisory services throughout her tenure. Katie also serves as Lead Docent for Discerning Divorce, Inc., bringing her considerable legal experience to guide clients successfully through the divorce education and mediation process.
